- No Refunds Or Returns.
- It will take about 2-6 weeks for your item to be made, it will take longer if you have a larger item. In the event I take longer than anticipated, I will be in contact with you. Sky Stitched Designs is one woman (Broadway) show, so please bear with me. Please order accordingly if you need your item by a certain time.
- Orders must be paid in full before I ship your order or your order will be canceled. I will attempt to get a hold of you before I cancel your order. Unless we’ve discussed a payment plan or we’ve discussed differently, your order must be paid in full before I ship.
- Shipping takes can take up to two weeks. Rush shipping (next day delivery) is available for $50. Once you have your tracking number, I am no longer responsible for your item, please contact your local post office.
- If there’s a issue with your item that can be fixed, please contact me via email within 48 hrs of receiving your item.
